To keep you warm or comfort a cold, Sarah'Jane has included her yum Lemon, Honey & Ginger recipe.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons freshly grated ginger
Juice of one small lemon
2 teaspoons honey
Place ingredients in a mug or heat proof glass and add 250ml of boiling water. Stir till honey has dissolved.
Lemon to invigorate
Ginger to heat
Honey to sooth
