Sarah-Jane's Pea & Feta Dip

Each piece from our Lombok range has been lovingly handcrafted by the women within the Lombok Pottery Collective in Indonesia. The Collective was created to support local women and children to increase their standard of living, education and support the growth of their communitities. 

The Tapas Bowl is one of the many pieces that are available from the Lombok Collection, but just so happens to be one of my favourites. It's the perfect size for food preparation, apetizers and for serving condiments while adding a contemporary yet authentic touch to your dinner setting.

Below I've included my go-to Pea & Feta Dip that's perfect for serving in a Tapas Bowl - enjoy!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen Peas defrosted

100 grams Feta crumbled 

6 mint leaves torn 

1 clove garlic crushed

2 tablespoons Olive Oil 

Salt and Pepper season to your taste

In a food processor blend all ingredients together until the peas are broken up.

Serve with crackers, toasted pita or carrot batons.

Quick tip: Left-overs are great when used as a spread in sandwishes with shaved ham - yum!
