Blooms of Indonesia
I absolutely love flowers and when we are overseas I love buying them and displaying them at our accommodation. The market is a great place to find the local growers and freshly picked flowers.
Offerings are as a gesture of gratitude to the Gods. They are made daily, starting with a small woven basket made from palm leaves. They are then filled with petals of various colours, rice, incense and a snack.
- Waterlilies and Frangipane
- Beautiful Hydrangeas brought from the market by the kilo
- Used as a prop for the photo shoot
- Baskets of marigolds
- Used for decorating the stairs in homes
