Quick and Easy: Pea & Feta Dip
Below is my go-to Pea & Feta Dip recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen Peas defrosted
- 100 grams Feta crumbled
- 6 mint leaves torn
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper season to your taste
Method:
In a food processor blend all ingredients together until the peas are broken up. I like to keep a few chunks for texture.
Serve with crackers, toasted pita or carrot batons.
Hint:
Left-overs are great to use as a spread in sandwiches with shaved ham - yum!
