Quick and Easy: Pea & Feta Dip

 

Below is my go-to Pea & Feta Dip recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen Peas defrosted
  • 100 grams Feta crumbled 
  • 6 mint leaves torn 
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 
  • Salt and Pepper season to your taste

Method:

In a food processor blend all ingredients together until the peas are broken up. I like to keep a few chunks for texture.

Serve with crackers, toasted pita or carrot batons.

Hint:

 Left-overs are great to use as a spread in sandwiches with shaved ham - yum!
